We measure performance in other way.  Lots of percentages and statics.  20% VLT, 98% TSER and so on.  We can throw you percentages all day long.  Again, the bottom line is that it must do more than look good….it must perform.  All these percentages and statics show how the film has been tested, measured and studied.  The are numerous benefits from window film.  Maybe the most obvious is the UV light rejection.   The UV light comes from the Sun in the form of electromagnetic radiation.  This is damaging part of SunLight.  These rays damage car interiors and break down external accessories causing them to fade.  These are the same rays that will cause a sunburn to unprotected skin.  Over time, these are the same rays that can lead to skin cancer.

If you could block some of them, why wouldn’t you?

Window film installation is a quick easy process for a trained professional.  Its cost is very favorable when compared to other automotive accessories.  Some of these other accessories can cost thousands of dollars.  A top quality window film with high performance properties can be purchase and installed for less that $$350-400 in most of the United States.  There are a few outliers to those numbers.  Luxury shops in Beverly Hills charge TOP dollar for everything and money is not an issue for many of their customers.  To the rest of us…..well, we care about the dollar bills in our pocket.
